OnlineProfits Review: Is It A Scam or Not?

Internet Marketing and Making Money Online courses are like an amazon today with countless e-books, how-to guides and videos. Together, they are making people lives better and contribute to a new wave of marketing. Although there are some bad programs which trick people into buying and not really providing them any value whatsoever, other good programs are considered gems and passed around by word-of-mouth; among them is OnlineProfits.

I have been a member of Online Profits since 3 months ago. I signed up from a refer of my friend (see how effective word-of-mouth is?). The program attracted me right away because it originally cost $392, but now offered for free. It’s not a completely free course because you have to sign up for 3 months web hosting, which costs $11.95. But hey, you can’t set up an online business without a website, right? So, it’s a good trade-off for a deal like this.

My Overall Experience

Warning: For those who want a blueprint on how to make money online, where you are shown steps by steps on how to do things, I’m so sorry! This is not a program for you. While everything is written by famous people like Daniel cocco, Michael Gray, Chris Garett, this is not, by any means, a daily action plan where you can just look at it, do what it says and succeed.

Lessons in OnlineProfits are categorized into sections. For instance: Blog Writing, Blog Promotion, Social media, Link building, Link baiting, etc. Categorization makes it really easy for me to read about, like I do really care about link baiting and link building, so I have focused my effort into applying theories in those lessons into real life the most.

For instance: From OnlineProfits, I have known I can create a buzz by creating a massive content that acts as link bait; attracting backlinks from social media & other sites. I really applied what I learned in creating these link bait for my website:

• 20 Awesome SEO Infographics You Must Watch + Bonus – My first link bait created 4 digg, 15 votes on BlogEngage. Not bad for a first time
• Awesome Checklist for Things You Must Do After Publish Your Post - My second link bait. I tried to create something quite different here with image and PDF, and I have attracted quite number of traffic from StumbleUpon. Not much but this’s a first post receive traffic from SU.
• An Awesome Graphical Guide To 22 Ways To Make Money Online – Third link bait that I received quite traffic from Stumble Upon as well.
• 20 SEO Terminologies that You Must Know About – This one captures good vote on BlogEngage forum.

I know that these achievements are quite small compared with other bloggers and other standard of traffic & buzz you should get for link baits, but I am really happy because I convert what I learn into practice and earn quite experience from it.

And there’re a lot more nice addition to my own knowledge about blogging and Internet marketing from OnlineProfits program.

For instance: In Networking section, I have learned some new ways in networking with other bloggers. I can’t tell you how it works but basically, I have applied it since a first day of blogging and achieve several good results from it.

If you don’t want to focus on making money from blogging, OnlineProfits has a good section about affiliate marketing where it covers from keyword researching to building niche sites.

As I am writing this review to you, there’s a series of live case study from Daniel. He is trying to build a niche site right now.
